I am a physiotherapist from Germany with a special interest in persistent musculoskeletal pain. I have advanced training and more than 5 years of clinical experience in both private and public healthcare settings. I hold a Master of Science from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Research from the University of Sheffield (UK). Currently, I am pursuing my joint Ph.D. at the VUB and the KU Leuven. As part of the in the Pain in Motion research group my research focuses on the interplay between sleep problems and persistent pain.
